For the 29th Annual Wheel Horse Show (that's next year folks.... next year) my buddy John Frock came up with the idea to let people who have never driven a Lever steer or Senior Model Wheel Horse a chance to experience and drive one of these models! They do take some getting used to when operating them as the Lever steer takes some hand and foot coaddition and the Senior does have some giddy go but quick steering. John and Wild Bill will let folks get the fun experience of operating the true Wheel Horse originals.

This had to be one of my favorite shows just from the craziest happenings. No Friday detours until an SOS call came thru to the Good Ship Ridgeline. The Wisconsin boys needed ice and the Church ladies we out and weren't getting any more. Co a right turn to town. What's sitting on the store parking lot but the ice truck! Just got done loading up the store freezers so I loaded up 5 bags to the 2 I already had and the "soft drinks" in Jim and Dan's coolers got chilled. Later in the day I was watching @wallfish drain gas into a drinking cup. Oh no not again!!! But I should have stayed for the "light show " which followed. Thank heavens @Pullstart recorded it for everyone to enjoy. Got to drive " My Tractor ( @stevasaurus old 702 Thanks Kevin!!!) Pie with @Jrblanke topped it off. Cruise was a fun one. Nice to be able to say goodbye to the guys who leave that night or get up with the chickens on Sat.

Mother Nature fought the Wheel Horse Show BUT we won!

Mother Nature fought the Wheel Horse Show ...... BUT we won! We had a few rain showers late at night and some drizzle Friday morning, but folks still kept coming into the show on Saturday morning! The amount of patriotism by everyone was outstanding! I could not believe all the Wheel Horses and tent displays with flags and red, white and blue! It was a super family event with people of all ages and people noticed nobody was on their cell phones unless taking a picture. One of the funniest things that happened was during the parade was when I asked that small child riding with his father a question he started singing the ABC song and when he finished everyone clapped and cheered for the kid!

Its always nice to have whacky memories from every show. This year was the wrong restaurant, getting detoured then turning the wrong way ( Thinking of you Waldo.) Then getting grease on my favorite shirt. Had to utilize @stevebo's on site 24 Hr laundry service. Dawn Power Wash and a run through his 5th wheel speed queen made it look brand new!

Only took 1 pic today ( Thursday) but hope to get more tomorrow.
