I just bought a C-175 with a mower deck and snow blade (not running) for $150. I'm pretty sure I paid to much for it (sitting on 4 flat tires) but, I just love the way it looks! Even though there rear tires are flat and have huge cracks, those 23x10.50 bar grip tread make it look tuff!! Plus the owner said "It was running when I parked it" in 2003!! I intend to do a full on restoration after I hear it run. It has 1525 hours on the clock. That sounds like a TON for this little guy.

Since I picked up a larger 54" blade for my C-161 I was wondering if I could add the rear axle bracket to my 606 and use my old 42" snow blade on it?

Hi all... I am restoring a GT14 and having a hard time sourcing a snow plow for it. I was recently informed that a C-series plow fits the GT14. I understand the GT14 requires a long frame set up. But I feel like I read somewhere that there are 2 versions of long frame plows. An early version and a later version. So... I'm confused and just not certain exactly what I can use for it. I do have a snow plow that will fit most tractors. Has anyone modified a plow like this to fit a GT14 or another long frame tractor? here are a few pics of the plow I have. It's a 42" snow plow.

Good evening, I have an LT-1100, 3 speed on to which I'd like to add a snow/dirt blade. From what I've read it would seem I need a 42" blade. But there seem to be 2 different variants. One appears to have an A frame that goes all the way to the back axle and the other appears to attach just to the front end. Can any one give me some advice as to what model I should use? Thanks

Hi. I just bought a 1989 520h (my first tractor) and am attaching the snow blade for the first time. My tractor has the rear axle attachment brackets. That seemed straight forward. My question may be a silly one but the only other attachment point is to the Tbar/lift bar that the hydro operates...right? I attached mine to a little hole just next to where the lift chain attaches to the Tbar/lift bar. Also, can the force of pushing the snow around damage/bend the Tbar and hamper operation of the mower deck when reattached? Lastly, as I have it attached now, when in the lifted position the bottom edge of my blade is only a few inches off the ground....is that correct, or should it lift higher? Thanks in advance for the help. Like I said first tractor, and new user of this site. Tom

Just picked up a decent 523dxi two days ago. New to the newer generation scene so any hints, tricks, tips, feedback are all very welcomed. The speed reduction linked to the steering is a joke. Great in theory but what mess. Also, I understand these don't have manual locking rears but are the rears in those things some sort of limited slip/posi rear? When I was test driving it I put the front wheels against a extremely tall curb to text the pump. Both rear wheels would turn (same speed) going forward. Tried it twice and both wanted to spin like the differential locked into posi. The ground was completely dry (asphalt)...Was happy to see that let me tell you. Thanks again for continuing with what is absolutely the best user forum out there. Any and all input is appreciated in advance. As well as anyone who wants to sell any implements. justin
