The time has come for me to part with my trusty Wheel Horse and find it a new home. I am the second owner (since 2003) and it has always been stored in a garage.
I am located about 20 minutes south of Rt 80 or 15 minutes north of Rt 78 near Rt 33.
1975 C-120 Special, 8-speed (Model 1-0375, Ser. # 133357). Running (no smoke) 12 hp Tecumseh (Model HH120-120180E, rebuilt 1986). Rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, and new ignition module (in 2006). Good used replacement tank, original tank is included in the sale. Brand-new battery, fuel filter, and shutoff valve installed 5/26. The transaxle case broke a small piece off (about 1” long by 1/4” wide) on one side of the center flange and was repaired with JB Weld.
Solid 42” side discharge deck (Model 5-1010) bearings replaced in 2005. Extra set of Gator mulching blades and spare hi-lift blades included. Deck works as it should and is ready to cut.
42” snow/dozer blade (Model 86-42bc010), with Rear weights, tire chains and hardware. Blade angles left and right and lifts correctly and is ready to plow.
Parts: 4 NOS belts and 2 good used belts, NOS taillight lenses, used starter, used ignition module, more (see pic).
1975 C Series Owner’s manual, 1975 WH accessory catalog, 5-1010 deck manual, original HH-120 manual, updated Tecumseh HH-120 technicians handbook.
Selling entire package for $325 Or Best Offer - Deck/Blade/Weights/Parts alone are worth that!
Will deliver within 50 miles of zip 18064, and $.40 per mile over 50 miles (within reason).

C - Series, Hood and Sheet Metal (square black insert) (also known as black hood models) for sale!
This sheet metal set, including C Series Hood, Dash piece, Seat Bracket, and Left & Right-Side Covers, and Left & Right Floorboards was sandblasted, epoxy primed, and painted the OEM Wheel Horse Red Paint.
The painted set is not perfect, a little metal pitting on one of the floorboards, a few little imperfections in the paint here and there as I'm a rookie painter, but this is a nice painted set of sheet metal to freshen up your C Series Wheel Horse!

312-8 - Runs, new carb, ignition doesn't work. Was bought for parts, ended up being mower. Rear Attach-a-matic bracket
417-8 - Runs well, electric lift, ignition may need cleaned (or started solenoid going). Rear Attach-a-matic bracket
(1) 42" RD with mule drive. Cuts well!
(1) 48" SD with mule drive.
(1) 37" SD.
(1) 48" snow plow. 5 way blade position I believe.
Several other parts/WH odds/ends. One tractor does include the weights and chains.
Parents are moving and, unfortunately, need to thin the herd!

Hello,
I am hoping someone can help my. I recently acquired a c160 for the engine for another tractor. So I did a motor swap and wanted to see what the hydro was like. I put a plow on it C-160 (which now has a 12hp engine on it). I did a quick test run and everything was good. I drained the fluid and change the filter (Napa 1410 filter and sae 30 transmission fluid as it stated to only use this fluid on the tractor.) everything was working great after the fluid change. I plowed two driveways and the sidewalks near my house... all the sudden the tractor would not go forwards or in reverse. I tried to pick the plow up and nothing... I checked my drive belt it was turning like it should. I started to push the tractor and the rear was engaged so it would not move. Of course I was 400’ from my driveway and the plow was down which made it fun. I put the tractor in forward and started to push it and the thing took off. So I hopped on and took it to the front of the garage. I put it in revers and it cut out again so I pushed it in the garage. Today I went out to check the tow valve. I took it out and cleaned the threads up put it back in and it did not change anything. According to the dipstick I have the proper amount of fluid in it. I did have a drip that I fixed on the cylinder still nothing... does anyone out there have any tips to help me out? I’ve never had a transmission like this only manual transmissions. The model of this transmission is the sundstrand 90-1140.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 1976 C-120, 8 speed, that has had a bad rear axle key way for about 35 years. The plastic steel we put in to keep things together finally gave up the ghost last year. I tried some welding but that hasn't held up either. My question is will the rear axles from a C-81 8 speed fit in my transmission? According to the parts lists I found on this site, both trans have 1 1/8" axles and 8 pinion diffs, but the axle part numbers are different. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm brand new to the site and think its great!
