Nice find/purchase. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with that doing whatever you'd like to do. This is the place for help and parts(vendors) and of course ebay. Go here for model check https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro

Welcome and good luck!

So I believe this tractor has some sort of hitch mount that moves up and own? Can anyone fill me in on how that works? What is supposed to move it up and down? I think I may be missing some linkage or parts? Looks like previous owner welded a strap on this one to make it solid. I have aspirations of getting a single bottom plow and turning over a garden.

there is a lot of techniques and posts on here to preserve that original finish, aside from the replacement pullstart it looks very original.  that tractor should polish up great

@jabelman I believe I actually have the original pullstart as well but previous owner had trouble with it so he replaced. He did however still have it and gave it to me. Initial inspection the original seems to be functioning, just needs wound back up and a new rope/handle.
