Eaton 1100 brake shaft seal number ?

Recommended Posts

I have looked and cannot find this number? I can find the 8-Speed number and I have that seal in stock. I pulled the leaking seal out thinking I had a replacement but it turns out the automatic seal is different. Any help is appreciated as always!

Try looking here:

I think the brake seal is the same as the 8-speed, but I'll check my book. WRONG

@stevasaurus @rmaynard thanks for your responses, however Steve I didn’t see anything in your post referring to the Eaton 1100 brake shaft seal? And yes Bob I too thought it was the same as an 8 speed seal, but it is not. I actually quite surprised that this is not readily available information! So the search continues……

Toro parts list gives the same number as rmaynard No.108357.  It was part No.10 on the couple of Toro parts list I looked at.

7443 is a .25" thick seal for a .75" shaft with an O. D of 1.254" check these dimensions with your old one. The Toro # 108357 did not cross in the Napa interchange
