Just wanted to take a minute and say I got to meet the man responsible for the above mentioned website.

Super nice guy and very helpful. 

Ed was at @stevebo 's Meet n Greet a few weeks ago. 

I bought an ignition kit from Ed for future usage on this project. 

 

 

Also just the other day I had the extreme luck and opportunity to add ANOTHER 1974 C160 Tecumseh engine tractor to my herd. 

That one does run. I'll be doing a service to it and immediately putting it to use.

It looks like the hood hinge is a couple inches tall that others, is the dash stand taller as well to cover the OHV?

Good eye Randy.  

Hood hinge only. 

Not sure of the actual size difference. 

The dash stand is standard height.  

 

Once I get the second Techie powered tractor running and driving I'll park em side by each for a photo opp.

That's a tall order getting two Teckie's running at the same time, I'm not sure if that has ever been done before.
