Hi guys, i have a 44” 2 stage snowblower on my 520h. I was wondering if anyone has had an issue of it feeling like it’s jumping or skipping in heavy snow? I can’t figure out if it’s the auger gear or the drive chain skipping. Obviously I’m on it when this happens so it’s tough to diagnose. Thanks Guys!

She throws it pretty far! I'm trying to decide what I like more. Pushing or throwing. Throwing is cleaner for sure, pushing seems faster. I need to re assess with a foot or more of snow. I really like this setup, the only thing I don't like is the heavy steering. Seems like I'm going to break the steering gearbox! https://goo.gl/photos/FZW5sqHG8Uru1ja76

Hey guys, I'm trying to get this massive, manly, blower ready for winter. It has a cheap plastic piece that holds the chute on, I bumped it last year and broke the piece. I don't know where to get a replacement one, and i'm hoping i don't have to fabricate one. Any suggestions where to get this piece? This is a Model 79361-4900001 44" Snowthrower -GT. Thanks in advance

Ok Fellas, 2 Stage (79361) froze, was blowing snow and then the screech! Won't move, I believe its the gear box. I haven't had a chance to tear into it yet but what should I expect/look for? Are the gears readily available? HELP!

I have a late 80's 416-8 with a 1974 single stage manual lift snowblower attachment. I've been trying to find a 2 stage for it. Every one I've found required the hydraulic lift which I don't have. Did Wheel Horse ever make a 2 stage with manual lift and if so does anyone have a model number so I can start searching?

I have been looking for a snow cab. Seller has one off an 87-310-8. I want to mount it preferably on my 87-418-A. Did they make different sizes for different tractors? Does anyone have a chart to see what they fit? I have 2 other machines that are similar sizes but I was hoping to dedicate the 418-A to exclusively snow work. It is an amazing tool. My son runs it all day and collects close to a $100 per driveway in big storms. Amazing tool!
