16 pointsThis will take a long time to do but what the heck. I am going to design a set of collector cards with a card for every model made from 1955 through 1997 The problem is I need to find good quality images of each. I realize that this may be impossible but once completed I will be glad I did it. The 1974 thru 76 Alphabets were the same as far as I know so will only make one card for each and label them 74 through 76 saving several cards there. Probably wont do the electric"s and reo's but could always add them later. Please feel free to give your feedback on the design and info that would be useful on the cards. If I use a picture of a members tractor I I will ad a credit to the image if they desire. Maybe I will produce them like the old baseball packs with five random cards per pack. No bubble gum though. Let me know what you think good or bad. This is a very early image to get started. Need to write some history on the lower area for this one.

8 pointsI will post some from my past meet and greets. Owners will have to chime in with details....
-
7 pointsWay cool tractor . Haven’t seen it before. Sounds great. Paint it red, call it a senior on steroids.
-
5 pointsOk so I got rid of the air cleaner wing nut and replaced it with a quick latch mini-25 push button latch. Also got out and did a little surgery on the belt guard. Someone did some hideous “repair “ on it. I also welded up the motion lever. Decided to stay stock looking on that. A Little bit every day. 👍

You know...when I said "I do"....I did not think I would live this long.
-
5 pointsWell, I got all the PTO parts, cleaned up the wiring, threw a deck on her, and now she's prepped for spring!! Maybe some paint at a later date, but she's ready to work!!
-
5 pointsThanks Steve I may need a bigger hard drive before this project is complete.

4 pointsVery sorry to hear this. Father in Heaven, you are the giver of life and the great physician. You know our needs and wants. Please heal Glen Pettit. We know that his brain has been damaged by stroke, we know that without your hand on him that he will never be the same. At the same time we also know that you can make him whole again, you can repair damaged brain tissue, you can enable him to continue to serve you on this Earth. Lord, hear my petition. Be with his wife and all family as they experience this storm in their lives. I don’t always understand your plan for us, but I do trust that you work all things for the good. I only ask that it be your will to bring Glen back to us. I ask these things in the name of your Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ. All glory and honor belongs to you. Amen.

4 pointsMac Tools main box. Had this for about 30 yrs. General tools cart about 2 years old. Back shop old Craftsman and mid box. I had to get these to handle overflow when my new job provided tools. I also have a wall cabinet with tools in plastic cases like compression testers axle brg. pullers ect. I sold about $2000 worth of stuff last year. Didn't take pics of everything, just the highlites;

4 pointsOh, how well I know! There are great little Mom & Pop diners with outstanding specialties all around, but my wife won't eat there because she has never eaten there! I like to watch Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive Inns and Dives" and have made a point of going to some of the restaurants featured on the show when we are traveling. This is acceptable because we saw it on TV, the same place without a TV show would have been out of the question.

4 pointsSince a lot of guys are going in this thread we could still use some hauling help here. PM @PeacemakerJack if you can help out in anyway. Thanks
-
4 pointsWill there be more B-80 and C-120 cards produced than let's say a 754, to equal how rare they are? Make only 5 RJ-25 cards so they're worth more for trading? Pot luck when buying a pack of cards like baseball cards are? Just throwing it against the wall to see what sticks.

4 pointsWell, today I started up the Raider 10. The grass is turning very green and I am itching to roll it. It appears that the gasoline storage additive did its job well as the little Kohler idled very nicely after a long rest. My wife wanted me to paint the lawn chairs, so i looked at it as an opportunity to dial in a new paint gun to paint 16 wheels for the herd.
-
3 pointsHad a problem with my fuel flow on the 12hp Kohler. Checked my fuel filter and put a new one on. Still could not get fuel to the carb. Figured the fuel pump quite. Ordered a electric one. I got to thinking maybe that was not the problem because I would get a little fuel out of the line but not enough to fill the carb. Tried using starting fuel to see if it would run and it did. Took the fuel tank out and took the fuel shut off out and pulled the screen off of it. Sure enough the shut off valve was complete plugged. Cleaned the fuel tank and put a new fuel shut off valve in it and put everything back together. Primed the carb and it fired right up. Next time this will be the first thing I check. Learned a lesson on this one. Proud I had a inline filter before the fuel pump I think it saved it and the carb.

3 pointsGot the B80 out of the winter hibernation position in the workshop. Started right up. It was not willing to idle down so I commenced to poking around and discovered the governor to be somewhat crapped up. Removed the arm. Clean. Scrape. Degrease. Install. It works! Sweeet.
-
3 pointsYup, you'd be surprised at the places she won't eat because she doesn't like that kind of food or even the smell. Emory and I use our times out to eat places she wont go with us. My boy eats almost anything and much healthier than I do. Thank goodness!

3 pointsHey guys. Got my first Wheel Horse just over a month ago and already working on my first project tractor. Got a smooth running 1067 (profile pic) that just needed to be cleaned up. So easy to work on and tinker with, that I picked up a non-running C-81 for 50 bucks to work on. Just got the wiring harness all hooked up and tore apart the carburetor and fuel pump yesterday. Waiting on kits in the mail and hopefully it will be up and running.

3 pointsMy wife does not want to go to the Copper Kettle...she says we can do steaks at home. On the other side...she did not want to go before either. We'll wait and see what plays out...it can get hot in the valley...rain...etc...might make a difference.
-
3 pointsPaint is fully hardening after waiting all winter. Not even sure I want to put the hood stickers on. I love the custom rear with the flag though!
-
3 pointsIt is amazing how this site is evolving to get better every day with new people and new ideas. Thanks Terry good Idea for the show.
-
3 pointsI was talking to one of my suppliers last week and he says that memory and storage space are going up the end of this month due to tariff's. Now he may have been fed bad info, but if that is the case, I urge you to get something soon. You may need a pretty large external hard drive for all those high quality images! The cards by the way, are an excellent idea!! I'd love to collect them all, put them in a nice frame, and hang them in my office!
-
3 pointsBeen using "off the shelf" clear fuel filters for years. Inexpensive and always on the shelf at TSC, Lowes and Home "cheapo". Always installed where you show in your picture. Always pick up a few for the shop shelf. As noted, I too like to see the filter element. Dirty? Change it.

3 pointsOk here we go IDK, but I may possibly fit in with the locals at the Big Show if by chance I make it...now back to regularly scheduled programming...sorry that was only pic I took while dismantling the '95 to fix the 9 pin, so now it's on you Jim to add pics of a severely corroded molex connection to help identify the root of most TORO/Onan electrical gremlins.
-
3 pointsI use the red filters designed for Briggs. I get them at Napa or tractor supply. I tried those pleated paper ones. I had issues with air lock on several models of tractors. And it didn't matter where I put it.
-
3 pointsThanks Steve. Yes on the factory stock photos if at all possible. and the larger files crop and print much better. Maybe come out with a Customs collection in 2019 but this series is meant to be factory original machines. Thanks in advance
-
3 pointsTerry- I think it will be great. i suggest we post only high quality photos of original machines here. No offense to the customs out there but if you want to do it right I would suggest phots of how they came from the factory. Just my .02 cents. As we discussed you have my permission on use any photos of my machines. I have all RJ's and suburbans and most round hoods but not a lot from the square hood models from the mid 60's through the 80's. Maybe you could use some funky customs as jokers....

3 pointsAll my belts, Huskee Kevlar from TSC. Green belts are oil and grease resistant. Never had one fail. Label the belt sleeves and staple gun to the garage wall. 70+ years old, I forget.
-
3 pointsHope your shoulder heals up rapidly. That looks like a great location, it can be seen so you know if it needs to be changed. I have always used the inexpensive clear plastic fuel filters and never had a problem.
-
3 pointsWell I'll be damned. Sorry everyone but the tractor certainly is a 1067. I've been riding the thing for 20 years and never saw the tag, partially because it's spray painted. The engine tag is missing though. So now that I look dumb, I'll try what Wallfish said above. Does the PTO seem correct for a 1067?

2 pointsUpdate. Good news again! She's sporting her favorite purple sweater. She easily escapes out of the others like she's Houdini in a straight jacket but has no problem at all wearing the purple one. ? Tough little Tupa has had 4 seizures where she actually passed away or at least was very close and was brought back with doggie CPR. She's doing much better now and even had 2 more in which she recovered on her own. No one would ever know the way she still prances around like nothing ever happened. Thanks everyone for your kind words!

-
2 pointsIt appears that "she who must be obeyed has spoken " sorry @stevasaurus. @squonk No Copper Kettle for you.
-
2 pointsAnything is doable if you have some handy skills. The cabs were basically the same with the difference being in the framework. I put an XI series cab on a 300 series with very little trouble. I took conduit and a bender and changed some of the frame work to match the tractor. Good Luck!!
-
2 pointsI have also had that problem with the pleated filters. I found that it helps to put some fuel into the filter before connecting it. It's a little messy, but it works. It wets the filter material, and 'primes' the filter. I wish the red Briggs filter were made in clear plastic. I also like to see when the filters are dirty inside. Jim

2 pointsSteve, that much eye candy this early in the morning could be hazardous to my health!

2 pointsSorry. I just typed in RJ-35 in my search engine, went to images and picked one out. I wasn't ready for questions about it. Didn't think things through!
-
2 pointsThis is just one place to order from but my advice is to get them in bulk, like 10 at a time. It makes them cheaper even though they're not that expensive to begin with but you won't be shy about changing them more often when you have'm in stock. IMO, Stuff like that tends to go on the back burner if they have to be ordered every time. http://www.psep.biz/store/small_engine_fuel_filters.htm

2 pointsThank you Richard I couldn't do that on a tablet. More than a few of us ditch those balance gears in favor of simplicity Bill. Many claim the failure of those resulted in a ventilated block. Use your own judgement. Sides when following the manual on how to install and time them I am completely lost but I have little to no experience in K's that have them not to mention my brain cells are already toast! Stealing your thread here a sec Bill.... @19richie66...colder that a witches thorax in a brass bra here...wave that fan north! @Racinbob says that if you take an original manual for a '60 'Burb, go out in the street and wave it north that really does the trick. Let us know what the neighbors think!

2 pointsHere is what I did in my shed to make use of everything I could. I still have more work to do though.
