Yea I've been fairly busy! I had 3 finals within two days and now its break, so I've taking it easy. As soon as I get the wheel horse up to the school I will be tearing into her. I'll order parts and use the wait time to get the rear end lowered a little bit and maybe lay some paint in a few places. Still haven't decided if I want a new paint scheme yet or just do the frame in flat black. I will also be getting a few things hydro dipped in brushed aluminum.

I spray my gravel driveway and parking with grass and weed killer so it stays nice and white and compacted. I pretend its cement but have to do lots of rock raking in the spring. Haven't used the snow blower on it yet so all the windows in the trucks and house are still intact.

Thanks . I've been picking your brains on here for a while but decided to join and share. First tractor was a gift to my daughter from father in law and since a herd has followed us home. Mostly my past has been amc sand draggin in Lisbon Ohio. This dual tractor I just got from older friend. He's sadly unable to continue due to health. I'm hoping to grab all o can from his collection to help preserve . And my 11 year old girl and her girl cousins love this hobby. I'm just gettin started on this project and definatly want to go to big show. The engines are Colt mfg. 2a016 111 2 cyl multi fuel 16 ci.

Steve, thank you for starting this thread. I too want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas on behalf of the staff here at RedSquare. Christmas is about family and friends, and this community is both. As we all celebrate please remember those who can't be home with their families, those recovering from injury and for those who have lost loved ones this year. This is a wonderful and loving community, the least of which is the technical forum itself, it's all about the people, so Merry Christmas to all my friends and family here!

Thanks everyone for your input on my post. I hope every one is going to have a great Christmas. Just to keep every body up to date, I found a pair of rims for a good price for me to "experiment" with. I pick them up on Thursday so I'll try to start making my photo journal starting on Monday, Dec. 28th. I sure hope all goes well with this so I can help out you guys that are interested and maybe make a few bucks. Although, I will say this now, I will be charging an exchange. 10- dash 4 ROGER THAT! Brian the inverter shuts down, Yeah it would be nice to save that energy somehow but then you are getting into batteries and other things that can make the costs go up dramatically. But as many times as the power goes out here (which is not that often) I decided to keep it simple and do the Grid Tie with the micro-inverters. Start out with the 3000KW system and take it up to 8K if need be. I am curious to see how it performer's this summer. From there will tell me if I need to invest further or Chit Can the whole Idea or not. I think if I can cut my bill in 1/3 or 1/2 of what is was with what I spent it will be good. I had to take part of a tree out just to my east 2 HUGE LIMBS that reached over my property 40' and looked like it was gonna fall on my shed so that cost me an extra $500.00 but the tree is not long for this world as dead as it was inside, The tree trimmer guys says it has less than 2 years till it falls in their yard now that all the weight has been taking off leaning twords my property. Something is wrong with that tree it has TERMITES or something. ~Duke

That looks a lot simpler than the two stage. The two stage looks like part of a train or something.

That doesn't sound like a hydraulic problem. How much gap is there between the lift flag and the lift tube? Put some 3/4" washers over the flag rod before you insert it into the lift tube. That will cause it to lift sooner and higher.

Hi Brian, The front axle rotates on a king pin just like a Wheel Horse. The king pin (part no 1) bolts to what called a bolster (part no. 2) . The bolster bolts to the front of the engine. Kurt
