3 pointsi recently bought this cart from mike (ol550) and he was kind enough to deliver it to the charlotte show earlier this month........ yesterday i figured it was time to get it looking a little better. knock out a few dents and the top on one side needed a little massage to get straight and looking ok. i took it into work and painted it today. cart and frame in case red powder, wheels in terex white powder.... ( same colors i use for my tractors)... i got some tires ( carlisle wheelbarrow) tubes and found a 60s pto knob that fit the thread of the lever..... heres some pics of it before and after.. the first pics are what mike sent me before i bought it. they are the only ones i have of it complete..... from the weight caution decal (black- same as the caution decal on my 42sd deck that came on the c125) im guessing its 1980s..... and with a good coat of red....... it will probably get used behind my c125 most of the time. but the 1057 was easier to hood it to for a pic......

1 pointI used 3M grip tape from the Home Depot. Its the stuff they use on steps so you don't slip, and I used the originals as a template to cut out the new ones. They've been on there for 6 months now, and are holding up great! Matt :flags-texas:

1 pointI'm picking up my third C125 Thursday, plus my brother has one. They are my favorite. I don't know exactly what it is but they just look cool with the black hood and all. Thanks for keeping me in touch on the decal Martin.

1 pointunfortunately I do not have a money tree, so it does not have a wing.....but if i ever win the lottery, that's on my short list of things to buy, i saw a super bird sell at a local auction 20 years ago for $33,000.....seemed like a lot of money then, but think of the return on you're money now!!!!! Anyway, it's not a factory hemi car (had a 383 in it) which it comes with, but under the hoods sits a 528 crate hemi putting out 640 hp!!!!!!!! It needs to be completed, entire body work is done and painted professionally..... The winner is.......a tangerine pearl colored..... 69 Road Runner I'll get some pics asap

1 pointAs always, very nice work Martin. Stevebo gave me a very nice tub cart. It's very straight and has been repainted a few times in the past. I've been contemplating giving it a very nice show type paint job. Only thing is, they are so easily scratched up when hauling them to a show, but you really got me thinking that I just might redo it.

1 pointI'd stick it on Craigslist and say you can see Jesus image on the bore wall when viewed in the correct light and ask $800 (no disrespect )

1 pointGotta get to a show if you can make it sometime. It's one of the best times I have ever had, especially when you get together with some guys you know and just sit around and talk about TRACTORS :teasing-lurk:

1 pointLet's make one thing clear. I have no intention of stealing. IF and only if the wood was on state property then I feel I am within my right to take it. I checked with the DOT and they said it was state land but I haven't checked with the town - nor do I plan to. I am just going to leave it alone and move on. I as merely trying to see if I was being too much of a 'nice guy' which tends to get the best of me sometimes :)

1 pointAlso got a 60" mower deck, two spare front tires, one rear tire, and a spare starter. Runs very well. All I need to do is sandblast and paint. also going to pu AG tires and dual stack exhaust.

1 pointLeave it. Not worth the hassle. Or find the driveway and knock on the door and see if it's the same person and ask if you can have it.
-
1 pointThey don't plan on showing up Oct 13th at 3:30? cant' say I blame them but usually teams show up take the loss and head home :ychain:

1 pointSee if I get this right without looking....... The longer axle goes into the longer end cap of the differential. Bolts go through from that side. Insert that side of the assembly into the right case.
-
1 pointyep, thats why we have hoses, to water the garden and wash the tractors......
