Wheel Horse 3D

Note the even mottled texture of the paint, caused by tons of little short strokes in varied directions...gotta get that multi color unit! Lol

Then theyd come off the printer in color!

(Lose the "hand painted" allure, but way easier!)

Will be making some changes in the next couple of weeks that will require revamping a lot of my files, but be on the lookout for some nice suprises coming up! Timing kinda sucks with Big Show so close now, but so be it! Great new options and capabilities so stay tuned!

Had a bit of inspiration during my morning routine... Wouldn't a couple of the hitching post heads with a rod run between them instead of the ring make GREAT paper towel or toilet paper holders!

Just imagine a rod run through both mouths and with a ball finial on each end!  Print at maybe 1/2 size of the big ones?

Also could do the vertical paper towel holder just like the hitching post. Down size the head a little for the top and use maybe a 1" piece of PVC? Wood or small wheel rim as base.Or heck use the whole wheel, maybe a deck wheel?

Another interesting idea. I would gravitate towards having two of them with a rod between.

I’m building a lowered 300 series wheelhorse. So far it’s a combination of 3 scrap tractors.
the frame, trans and tins are from a GT2500 anniversary special given to me by a neighbor with a trashed Briggs. The Kohler M12 is from a junkyard 312 that was roached. The parts tractor I’m using for the build was another older 312. I’ve got the k301 in the garage. The trans was toast. Both axles wallowed out keyways and 1 axle actually broken.
Anyway! I needed a project and a toy to putt around the neighborhood. I couldn’t find any other posts on how to do the whole thing. I’m trying to keep it cheap using stuff I have on hand and looking as “stock but cooler” as possible. So here we go.
I’ll update this as I go along.
