Clay Smith cams,  hadnt thought of that, I only tie this one to Convoy and the Death Proof movies. But the Duck and cigar are definately a parallel! Maybe the clay smith cams influenced the Convoy movie design?

Hmmmmm...could easily be done...shift mount to the back, enlarge the ring a bit and go metal ring with a big bead at the bottom.

No rush but mess around with that a little when you get a minute...

What is the height of this post topper horse?

About 6.5- 7 inches overall. For scale, the bottom insert is 2"(well 1.95in) wide.

I'm thinking if the backing piece was a nice rugged thick maybe five or six inch diameter circle?

Me personally I would want the ring in the horses mouth.

Maybe oblong the ring or get rid of the bottom circle.

I like that.

Can the base part where the ball hits be made extra strong? Like more solid than normal or whatever.....?

Im thinking the whole thing 100% infill. Ill print the bead too. That solid abs against solid abs should knock well!

Imagine 25 percent denser than the b17

I’m building a lowered 300 series wheelhorse. So far it’s a combination of 3 scrap tractors.
the frame, trans and tins are from a GT2500 anniversary special given to me by a neighbor with a trashed Briggs. The Kohler M12 is from a junkyard 312 that was roached. The parts tractor I’m using for the build was another older 312. I’ve got the k301 in the garage. The trans was toast. Both axles wallowed out keyways and 1 axle actually broken.
Anyway! I needed a project and a toy to putt around the neighborhood. I couldn’t find any other posts on how to do the whole thing. I’m trying to keep it cheap using stuff I have on hand and looking as “stock but cooler” as possible. So here we go.
I’ll update this as I go along.
