Looking at a bit of the narrative says it has no wheels or bag.  Sounds like a normal tow behind wheel driven sweeper

Never heard of one of these before. Is that kind of like a grass dethatcher sort of situation?

Looks like mine except I have all the parts.  I believe that is a tow behind sweeper.

So, what is it a leaf sweeper or a gravel sweeper?

I don't have any good parts for sale, I would like to get it back in operation.  I have a new bag but I need new tires and repair parts for the ratchet mechanism.  These sweepers were made by Lambert for Wheel Horse.

By the time you rounded up the wheels, ratchet gears if needed  basket and frame, and any other parts it is missing you would be better buying a new one.

Wheel Horse doesn't make new sweepers.

I have gone thru three sweepers of other brands, I only want the Wheel Horse sweeper for a collectors item.  Years ago Wheel Horse wanted $85 per wheel, I missed a like new Lambert sweeper and will continue to look at other brands that only need red paint.  John Deere also sold some sweepers made by Lambert.

If any members want to buy a new sweeper, I have found the AllFit from Home Depot to be the best deal, they are made by Ohio Steel and are identical other than paint.  Parts are reasonable and they ship quickly.  You can find the AllFit sweepers on the auction site for the best price.  My opinion is that all sweepers sold today should be considered throw-away items, at least the Ohio Steel can be fixed a number of times because of the reasonable cost for parts and TSC has the wheels.

I bought a Brinly sweeper from CL for $50 years ago. It needed new ratchet dogs. I called Brinly and they sent me a pair free!

WHX??

It drives off the back wheels. Had one just like came on a 1077 I still have.  Gave it to @CasualObserver many moons ago.

I'm not gonna tell you this because I wanna see you save it from scrap but it's useless without the bag & frame. Given that might be a dickering point. .

A frame could be made out of EMT conduit easy if you had one to copy. A custom bag made at a canvas or marine top place.

Without a questionable doubt  a extremely  rare attachment to find.

It hangs off the fender pan by a single bolt ... blue circle and  drives off a roller that rides on the back tires. Nothing but the brush touches the ground. Lift the bag up to dump. Requires drilling a hole in 60 year old sheet metal to mount which is against my religion.  Yep gave the attachment away but still have the hole.

Honestly have to say I’ve never seen one of those before! I didn’t have a response earlier when Eric mentioned me because I’d never seen one like that. @WHX?? I have seen something like this that was called a Litter Whisk, is that the same thing?

called a Litter Whisk,

I do believe it was Don. If Casual Jason was still around he could shed more light on it. He knew everything about it that's why I gave it to him.

I don't think it would make good wall art Big Unit ... heavier than sin and took up a lot of real estate. Made of real steel like our tractors.

I tried using it once but the drive  that sits on the back wheel which was kinda knurled for traction and worn down and didn't turn the brush right. The bag which was made of a light canvas was pretty dry rotted & ripped up too.

Like I said as elusive as a PTO-66. I researched it a bit and never saw it in any of the old attachment literature.

Here is a interesting piece of '67 lit and it lists a leaf sweeper but not the same one. 1967 Full Line (1).pdf

@Lane Ranger anything to add?
