bobromanko 0 #1 Posted February 28 I'm a relatively new owner of a 1968 Electro 12. Unfortunately, the previous owner removed the hydraulics. It was great the first few days I ran it, then it started leaking transmission fluid. I suspected pressure in the case, so I checked to see if he removed the bypass valve. There was just a bolt and a spring, but no apparent valve. Looking in the manual, I don't see a good pic. Would someone please share a pic of the part(s) to be removed when the hydraulics aren't on the unit? Thanks...

bobromanko 0 #10 Posted March 1 The transmission still works, but it is leaking in multiple areas. That's what makes me believe it may be pressurizing. It was bone dry. I'll give everything a complete cleaning and see where I can isolate the origin(s). In the exploded parts list from @gt14rider, is what I should have removed part #16? All I found in there was a spring that I removed.
