formariz 12,041 #1 Posted December 20, 2020 (edited) So today while attempting to start the grindstone engine due to my negligence by pulling it out to the end, obviously what was at the end of cable came out. Luckily there are a few of these here so I just switched to another new one. Never had one of these apart. Is this an easy fix or do I need a new cable? It's a easy fix, you can reuse the cable. plenty video's on youtube how to do it. Just to safe you from headaches, try and do it without unscrewing the recoilsystem. I've seen a file that has instructions on how to rewind or replace the cable but could not locate it. Maybe @gwest_ca knows of instructions for this.
