MainelyWheelhorse 2,770 #9826 Posted Saturday at 09:33 PM @ebinmaine same here, the humidity and heat from the door opening and closing at work this week has been a challenge. but the weather today has been great at the family camp. I’d bet having your truck moveable must help creating space to work on tractors.

It's great that the truck is finally heading the right direction. Doesn't matter for tractors though. They're in two different work areas.
adsm08 4,731 #9828 Posted Saturday at 09:39 PM Today I had to work on the air conditioner. The capacitor that starts the compressor crapped out. The temp in the house was slowly going up, but our unit ends up in direct sun exposure in the afternoons, so it took a while for us to start questioning it. At least it was easy to fix, and I was able to get the part today.

I gave up very quickly on “Hey Siri.” Too many false starts and no starts. Now I use the button.

It was a pleasure meeting you both! Looking forward to hopefully many more projects and diving down this deep Wheel Horse rabbit hole. 1

As we were showing @Natejc_98 around, you could tell he knew he was... "in trouble." He even mentioned that going to @JCM Jim's Place in the fall was probably going to add to this. 1
Ed Kennell 46,430 #9834 Posted 5 hours ago Made some sugar and vinegar cucumbers. Added a few radishes and spring onions for bling. Picked enough blackberries for a pie. Then outa the kitchen to the shop to make a connecting link for the 20hp kicker motor on the boat. The motors 150 and 20 hp Johnsons could be started and shifted from the helm, but only the 150 could be steered. The 20 could not be steered so when it was being used, the 150 was used as a rudder which was not a very responsive steering system. With this connecting link both moters will be steered from the helm making it much more effective when pulling crab traps. 1
adsm08 4,731 #9835 Posted 1 hour ago My uncle hit a deer Saturday night. My evening was spent trying to put his car back into something resembling it's original shape. I didn't take before or after pics, but for it showing up looking like the Crash Dummy car and not installing any new parts I think it looked pretty good when I was done. 8ntruck 9,014 #9836 Posted 28 minutes ago Busy week. Picked up the exchange student we hosted in 1999/2000 schoolyear and his family (5 kids 8 to 17, and his parents) at O'Hara in Chicago last week Sunday. Went to the Art Museum on Monday and the Field Museum on Tuesday - downtown in a Transit 250 15 passenger van. Drove to our lake house in Michigan on Wednesday. Went Shopping inLansing (1 hour drive) on Thursday. Chilled out at the lake Friday and Saturday. More shopping in Grand Rapids (1 hour drive) on Sunday. Drove to Dayton, about 5 hours, today. The rest of this week looks as busy as last week. We will end up in Bowling Green Ky. before returning them to O'Hara for their flight home next Sunday. I absolutely loved watching his kids at the lake. Just made the lake house really come alive. I'll have to mark up our travels on a map of the US to show them how small the area they traveled is compared to the rest of the country.
