WHX??

You should really consider bringing that rig up to plow day Andy. We don't get that many hydros but that thing looks like it really hauls the mail! :handgestures-thumbupright: Sides your so spittin close to the Dino you can ride with him.

Last 2 years I've had work related commitments on plow day. Hopefully this year I will not.

Any of you guys ever successfully plowed with turfs only, no chains, no weights ?... I have recently acquired a plow for my 1994 520H and am curiously curious.

I'm not a plow dog... But I'm thinking there won't be enough traction.  Turning dirt takes a fair amount of pull. Hence one needs a fair amount of grab.

Thinking it's time to remove the Winter attire and install the Tine rake but that may trigger the usual Maine heavy wet Spring snow storm that we haven't received yet. Anyway last picture of the 417-8 with plow. She did well for my first year trying out this combo for Winter duty.

Okay Eric, I decided to take your advice and leave the 417 set up to plow just in case you are correct. The weather was so nice I decided to bring 4 of the boys out for a trail ride out back. Each one started right up and ran great. Also we do have some snow left and I didn't need you and Oldskool trucking in any more just because. The 2 last remaining piles from the bucket loader for your enjoyment.

@Coulter Caleb had Comanche out to do some yard work this afternoon following church.  It was great to see him having fun and getting some work done at the same time👍🏻

@Andy N. Caleb’s JackRabbit has proved to be a really decent plow rig with the hydro as long as properly weighted.

You may have seen this video before but this is a short one of Caleb plowing with JackRabbit (his 418-C).  It didn’t seem to have much trouble getting the job done.  Right now he has a weak spark on the front cylinder and needs a new coil.  Once that is in place, he’ll be good for awhile. You definitely should come up for plow day, it is a blast for sure👍🏻

Still have not decommissioned the 417-8 from Winter duty yet @ebinmaine  what do you think, am I safe ? Pretty tough trying to slip by that trail cam on trail duty without being noticed.
