Sean Leary 0 #1 Posted January 18, 2020 Hi and i'm a new Wheel Horse owner - Great product and the Red Square site is amazing. The C-165 think it is a 1984 I got had the original choke cable installed but not connected and prior owner added another one but would like to have the original connected. I tried to connect to the bracket on the motor, but seemed like it is working backwards, when the choke lever is up it is opening the choke and vice versa. Anyone out there have some photos of how it should be connected with the air cleaner housing off? Would appreciate any help and thank you! Sean Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ebinmaine 62,982 #2 Posted January 18, 2020 Hi Sean and Post a pic or 2 of the tractor. We loves our pics!! You can verify the year of it with the model number tag. If the carb has been replaced with a Chinese clone the choke shaft is often reverse to what Wheelhorse needs. Others will be along to show you pics of their setups. @SylvanLakeWH @JCM.
