If he was rustlin :wh: I wouldn't have been sitting there. I would have been home guarding mine. :)

Wish I could have made it. Looks like a nice plate of food. This dang thing called work always gets in the way of fun. Oh well. We always drive over the 417 bridge at lake jesup and see how many gators we can spot out on the water. Not too many water skiers on that lake.  :laughing-rolling:

Jim emailed me the day before and invited me to join them if  was in the area. I told him even though I am in Florida it is still a 900 mile round trip for me. Not that 900 miles is too far to go for some good fried gator, frog legs, catfish and good conversation--especially when you are retired. But that afternoon while working on the PIA C-81 I stopped for lunch and had a RC Cola and a moon pie in honor of you guys. It's a Southern thing. Maybe next time. Chris

When an eleven footer chomps the front of your airboat, what else is there to do but gun it!

Watching the gator try to scramble onboard as he was being dragged under had me in stitches for some reason.

Those airboats are not made out of beer cans either. That is some bite pressure...
