JCM 11,282 #1 Posted 18 hours ago Making good progress on the 420. A LOT of hours into it at this point removing the paint on the sheet metal. If WH had used primer it may have come off a little easier ? on this series tractors.Letting things set up before reassembly. Hoping to have it somewhat ready for the September Meet & Greet. Those chrome mylar decals take some patience to remove. Some before and after pics. 2
Pullstart 70,794 #2 Posted 10 hours ago Awesome stuff! Plunge why don’t we have these parts to strip in an e-tank? That’s the cat’s meow for pulling parts of any sort down to bare metal.

That’s the cat’s meow for pulling parts of any sort down to bare metal. No more room for anything around here. I have a bit of hoarding tendencies.. Need any Plumbing material or tools ? That sounds like a GREAT idea but I am not sure if this will be my last restoration ?????? Most likely. Thanks for the tip Kev
Sodaking27 1,295 #4 Posted 2 hours ago @JCM Looking great so far. Maybe your project will convince me to get back working on my 420. Still kinda bummed about not being able to get the decals in the chrome. Looking forward to seeing your progress.👀 1
