I found these knobs while looking around online. My order hasn’t been shipped yet, but we’ll see how the process goes as Carr Lane deals primarily with industrial customers. So far so good though. Not to step on anyone’s toes but I thought I’d try them out and see how it goes.

Looks like a Mule Drive Adjuster Knob...

I have used plenty of both Carr Lane & Jergens parts over the years. They can be pricey, but excellent quality.

Wouldn't they have to be drilled and pinned?

Not that that is a problem if you have a drill press.

@rmaynard it’s a replacement for the knob on my mule drive for the 42” RD. The original was long gone and was tightened by using a vice grip. I’m going to have to pin it but it’s supposed to be already tapped 3/8 -16 which was the same as the stock one from the info on here. I have access to a drill press so it shouldn’t be too bad. I figured I’d find something as close as I could get.  
 

@ri702bill That’s what I’m using it for. it looks promising and at roughly 5 bucks a knob before shipping the price wasn’t too bad as well. The ordering process takes some getting used to but I have it figured out now. Good to know about the quality. I figured it being industrial it should be pretty sturdy.

 

We’ll see how it goes. It’s not an exact match but close enough to be usable.
