8ntruck 8,692 #4 Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Wrong @ebinmaine. It is a blue plastic tray - similar to cafeteria trays. Oh. The rusty thing - maybe a portable boot scraper. Stick the pointy end in the ground and use the flat side to scrape your boot. Maybe a marlin spike thingy to help linemen with splices?
