That is super awesome!

I hope the move was made for all the right reasons and that everything is going really well for you down there.

Congrats Chuck!  A good time ago we were looking at property east of Nashville, TN.  The rolling hills and abundant streams sure did call my name!

Yes it sure was :music-rockout: My quality of life has vastly improved and I paid off all my debt and I can live really cheap. Cost of living is much cheaper and I rarely see anyone other than some really nice neighbors. I even have free food available from the farm :banana-jumprope:  We get along really well and help each other out all the time!

I understand that logic.

Me and the BBT could stay alive if we weren't in the mountains but it just wouldn't be "living".

One thing about this area if it snows it's normally melted by evening

Actually there are plenty of deer here. We have problems with foxes getting at the chickens sometimes. Black bear have even been in the area.

This has absolutely happened!

It is within normal possibility that our date of last frost is in the third or fourth week of May and I've seen it happen.

If that was a thousand miles closer I'd have to really put some thought into it...

I may have overestimated that by about 2/3 of a slightly small tad

It's actually an hour from the big show and a half hour or so from @Ed Kennell I'm thinking of listing it in the classifieds. Maybe if I'm a good boy Ed can sell it for me :D

We've been using a walk behind exclusively for several years now and then the plows to scrape up whatever's left.

Just a few weeks ago I did pick up another C-160 with a single stage blower on the front of it. I'll try that this season and see how it goes.
