Been done many times. But you will need some different lugs. You won't be able to reach WH lugs in spacers.

Using 5 x 4.5 wheel adapters is quite common. I have 2 Horses myself that I've done the conversion on. 

 

@kpinnc gives excellent reference pictures above.  

 

I'll send a PM with all the parts and pricing you'll need.

I found out the hard way about those lugs. Then found plenty of them at auto parts stores. They sell them in sets of four... :confusion-scratchheadblue:

 

There are also bolts like these, that work just fine. My concern with them is removing them later.

So the chrome ones up above are common at an automotive store?

Should be available at most any chain store. I bought mine online because they were nearly half the price. I'm cheap.:lol:

Exactly. And as I said they typically come in sets of four at auto shops, whereas you can usually just get 10 online.
