https://www.buschvacuum.com/global/en/technology/oil-lubricated-rotary-vane-vacuum-pumps  , have 3 of these , got them from scrap bin , 2  are 100 lbs each  1  at 200 lbs , best and easiest  feature ?  the full length slots , just happen to fit , size to size on to 4 " channel steel !  hunt around in a bone yard , you might find similar , cut off the end bearing spindles , for trailer hitch weight base.  only use the 100 lb  , on the hitch , easy added traction ,  just an idea, pete

I used that type of vacuum pumps (different brand) when I had a septic tank/grease trap cleaning business for a while. Would've loved to have found one in a scrap yard--- a bit pricey! Sure did suck up that ...... excrement though!:-o

@pacer  as you can see , the long slots ,make  a perfect spot to slide onto channel steel , simply unbolted ball hitch , and reblotted  channel for rotor mount , top photos are the 100 lb , rotors , last photo is the 200 lb rotor , wire brushed the channel edge , greased it , solid fit with dead blow hammer . amazed at the added traction , pete
