Several people up in this area have them for their own show purposes and bring them to places like Owls Head. I've only ever seen them in static displays like that. Not working.

One of the fellows up at Owl's Head was telling me at some point or another that they were very popular in this area in particular for clearing airport runways. He either had one or had seen one with a clearing width well over 20 ft between three blades.

Let’s not forget, I’ve got this little bugger in stock.  I’ll have to get that plow back on and stick Thirty Five with the snow fleet!  @ebinmaine this is no propane tank, it’s an old well bladder tank   It sure makes me want to build a V though, seeing DJ and Richie’s!

Same SxS I have Stevebo. Older RTV500 in camo & no cab but I do have the hard windshield. Not a speed demon fer sure but a work horse.  What's your source on the cab? OEM 'Bota guessing?  

Just put some some led blaster lights on it and these switches fit perfect in those knock outs on the dash.

HD Defogger?  I used to use on of those at the hospital. They didn't spring for the HD unit and the whimpy fan did little so you could see where you were going.

I had two light bars that I had mounted under the roof now I need to remount on top. I have wiring and switches in there. Mine is a 409 with Subaru 16hp single. Agreed not a speed demon but should push some snow. Cab is aftermarket.

  For once, i am ready. The 520 with a Predator 14 is in the shop and does not depend on even having a charged battery. A nice Ahrens snowblower to chew a slot in front of the door if need be. The 520 barely touches the gravel and on level areas skims barely above at the lowest setting. No chains on the ATV tires , as they work fine the way it is.

  Backup plan for Snowmageddon is a 853 Bobcat with no limit on how bad it can get for smowfall.. Best backup plan of all is being retired and wait till the storm is over and the sun comes out.....

That part is excellent.  

 

Trina has a job now where she can and does stay home if the weather is nasty.  

My company is nearly as lenient. 

If we know we aren't driving truck that day we often have the option of just staying home. 

Both employers are incredibly helpful.
