starting motor

The electrical installation is new and the starter motor model is this: DELCO REMY
REF: 1101933-2C 7
12VOLT

Electric motor cleaner spray will go along way in the repair also. I'm with  Steve. Brushes may do the trick if the armature isn't too bad. Bearings are also pretty cheap.

The problem is not the bearings, it is the internal winding

Carlos, how much of a hurry are you in??  I'm sure we could find one at the Big Show in June, I've also seen them at the Portage show in July.  :eusa-think:

Steve I'm "supposed to be picking up 3 starter genny's at the show. 2 off an 8 and 1 off of a 12

No, if we get a starter from the show it will not be new, but we can check it out there and even talk with you before we do anything.

Carlos...check with @Skipper  , he has been bring horses and parts over seas now for a couple of years.  He may have a start / generator.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Thanks for the vote of confidence :-)

 

Unfortunately I do not have any starter generator type on stock. Only the newer type. But, if it helps, I can bring it over on the next container late this year, if a replacement is found, either new or used.
