LED, $131 per year. High output, $385 per year My lighting engineer neighbor would agree--it is the lumens plus the color temperature plus the spectrum of the light being delivered. (He gave me a crash course in exchange for me resurrecting his drivetrain-frozen snowblower.) To me it's not only the money, it's also consuming less electricity. Good luck, it looks good up there!
