@Ed Kennell I figured it was worth about $0.25 on the dollar .  May be able to fill up the gas tank if I am lucky.

Had to take a break from a K241 disassembly project so the boy and I hit the woods for some 22 plinking and a tailgate lunch.  It was a good call!

£1-54 a ltr here. That's £10-64 an imperial gallon. That's roughly 14.5 dollars. Think yourselves lucky.

Since a large part of gasoline prices is taxes, I am not "lucky" because the bulk of the tax money doesn't benefit me in any way.

Just the same for us, my friend. The bulk is tax. But your still getting more for your money.

God Norm, wish you hadn't posted the price per gallon!  I remember my grandad having a fit when the pump price hit 50p a gallon in the 70s. I don't know what he'd make of it now,  I think he would probably push the car around!

@Ed Kennell you could’ve made it just a little bigger so it would work on mower deck blades!! 😂

How do think I feel, Mick. 4/6d - 22.5p when I started driving in 1964.

I’ve found a new thing to obsess over, old chainsaws. I’ve only had this one a week and now I’m looking for more. Can’t let it be lonely on the shelf now can I?
