your gonna have a side shot, you may as well put in enough sides to make it worth while.

You have amassed quite a few really nice Horses in a short period of time...and even improved them to boot...very nice !

Just added the decal. Thought I would show everyone before I scrapped it off.

Much appreciated Don!

Gotta give credit to the Trina /Paint Department for both of these tractors.

I believe it’s an 84….but I can’t recall for sure. The Briggs 16 twin is long gone, has a Kohler Magnum 10 in her now.

My Work Horse GT-1600 is an 84 year too...isn't that the only year they made them ?

I say mine is an 84 based on information from Redsquare...my id labels were there but all identifying numbers were faded off. Did you own it when it had the twin Briggs, and if so why did you do an engine swap ?

The Magnum was in it when I bought it. I never found out what happened to the Briggs twin (didnt ask either).
It’s been my dedicated plow tractor for years.

Mine was given to me a few months ago, with a homemade belly mount grader blade, and SD deck. It needs a carb mounted fuel pump which I still need to fix. But I did spray some fuel in carb and it ran 2-3 seconds ...good sign. I can't wait to start a full assessment of the machine over this winter. Especially interested because of the manual transmission...

In 82 and 83 they were called GT -1642 but it is the same tractor as a 1600 however different color gray. Those years had a metallic paint. 84 was just pewter gray. My GT-1800 is an 84
