When will it cool down?

Recommended Posts

The Tuul Crib

Is there anybody else experiencing high heat temperatures where they are. We seem to not be able to get out of the 90s. Yesterday was 99° with a heat index of 102 today tomorrow and Friday 97° with a heat index of 103. The next ten days are suppose to be in the 90s ! Bring on the snow !!

Couple days ago it was 42 here when I get up in the morning at about 4.

That same morning in Kokadjo Maine it was 31 degrees.

That's about 4 hours N/NE of me.

Right this second ... Fryeburg Maine and it's about 81. That's plenty hot.

Was 101 yesterday when I left work. Took a temp reading on the pavement and was at 154*. Mix 95* with 90% humidity and it’s miserable. I feel your pain.:handgestures-thumbupright:

I don't care how hot or cold it is. I just wish it would stop raining. Continuous heavy drizzle for the last 4 hrs and no sign of stopping. :(

Rumor around here is if you don't like today's weather, there will be new weather to complain about tomorrow. No guarantees though.

I’m gonna love you forever, for ever and ever Amen

As long as old men sit and talk about the weather

as long as old women sit and talk about old men

if you wonder how long I’ll be faithful, I’d be happy to tell you again,

I’m gonna love you forever and ever, for ever and ever amen.

Here’s my old men talking about weather story:

Last night it cooled off quick with two storms colliding right over Rylee at gymnastics.  I was grabbing some meat out of the back freezer when they came on the radio talking about tornado warning in SE Kent county as Taylor was on the way to pick her up.  She called me, asked what I was doing and told me “I think I just drove through a tornado!” And I respond “They just said on the radio that there is a tornado warning where you are!”  She ended up having to take shelter with Rylee in the locker room at the gym while Jada and I ran around getting animals inside and secure.  At the end of the night, we all ate some deer spaghetti and talked about the excitement!

Just talked to one of my buddies who is at home today, 15 80+ feet oaks came down, a few are on his house.  That’s about 10 miles from where my girls were taking shelter!

@pullstartHope nobody is hurt or injured and your Fella was good insured.

Praying and crossing my fingers for all.

We had here last week temperatures between 41F and 52 F.

This weekend shall come late summer back.

i hope we have just a complete Weekend without rain.

but i still in hope for good Weather next weeks, because Octoberfest will start shortly,

a well known late Summer time normally with accaptable Temperatures.

If you be able, please sent me some heat over the great Pond

(i love it warm)
