I see the beans right behind me have quite a few tops eaten off, and the mulberry tree in front of me is granting plenty of cover. Pullstart 70,705 #530 Posted 5 hours ago I received my conibear trap. I feel like it’s pretty small. But it’s a good first set, I think. I chopped a bunch of thorns down and brushed in the majority of the openings, put a piece of sheet metal across the thorns, then brushed it in with some mulberry trimmings. I set the trap by hand and lightly brushed it in as well. I wish it was 3” larger in each direction. But we’ll see if I can even get it to go off! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I Set it vertically at the opening to the hole. In or out they run into it and boom... I've had 0 luck with horizontal placement...
