C - Series, Hood and Sheet Metal (square black insert) (also known as black hood models) for sale!
This sheet metal set, including C Series Hood, Dash piece, Seat Bracket, and Left & Right-Side Covers, and Left & Right Floorboards was sandblasted, epoxy primed, and painted the OEM Wheel Horse Red Paint.
The painted set is not perfect, a little metal pitting on one of the floorboards, a few little imperfections in the paint here and there as I'm a rookie painter, but this is a nice painted set of sheet metal to freshen up your C Series Wheel Horse!

The local place I’ve bought parts from for years has changed owners, now they can’t even spell Wheel Horse let alone be if any help.
Doing my spring tune up I noticed my drive belt is getting pretty ratty. Due to all I’ve read thought I’d ask for some advise on getting it right the first time on a new belt.
Is there still dealers on this site selling OME stuff ? I know there are tons of aftermarket crap but not looking for that.

I received it in non working order, I have since done the following repairs: To Engine/Transmission; New carburetor, fuel pump, fuel line, fuel filter, battery, throttle cable, head bolts, spark plug, regapped points changed oil in engine and transmission and cleaned air filter. To Body; striped and repainted wheels, blades sharpened and primed hood and rear fenders (ready to be painted). This mower is ready to add to a collection or used for every day tasks. I have my 25A fuse blowing every time I put a new one in the slot. The old one was burnt up when I got the tractor put this year. It sat for a year with a dead battery. I stopped using it as much because the transmission is clattering pretty bad when taking off on second or higher. I had to replace the clutch belt a few years ago and couldn't get an OEM. Not sure what is the problem there that's another issue though.
I have checked the wiring and patched the worn spots where it could be grounding out. The fuse blows as soon as there is power to the system with the ignition off. I'm at a loss of what to check for at this point. Any input from someone who has had this issue would be appreciated. I'm not sure what these units are in the photos but do not know how to test them for a failure. They are directly in loop with the battery and the ignition loom looks to run into that 25A fuse.
