Terry M-(Moderator) 2,251 #2 Posted March 29, 2019 If the H60 Tecumseh was factory on it, I would say 604 (recoil start only) or 654 (electric start).

raywilson12 8 #4 Posted March 29, 2019 @Terry M Do you Know what #s i should look for to see if its factory? And what should my Gov linkage look like? someone told me the linkage is off a tiller and not a tractor....
Achto 29,433 #5 Posted March 29, 2019 Does the ID/serial number tag happen to be on the tractor yet? I believe that it would be on the rear hood support, might even have the shift pattern on it. This would help to verify what the tractor is.

Pullstart 67,097 #7 Posted March 29, 2019 @raywilson12! It appears the belt guard was trimmed a bit for operation with the Briggs engine. If you go back to the Tecky you might want to find a full length guard or add to that one.

raywilson12 8 #9 Posted March 29, 2019 @pullstart The guard was cut and drilled to accommodate home made runing boards, a gas pedal, and a centrifugal clutch for 5 yr old me. i put it back as much as i could.... but if you look close the pedals are about 3in back from the factory position. id like to fix it though... speaking of which.. anyone have a picture of the original mounts and maybe measurement of the guard? Pullstart 67,097 #11 Posted March 29, 2019 You might be better off looking for a frame to swap in, if the 5/8” solid bars were cut and moved... it sounds like you have/had quite the uncle, and now you’ve got all the support community you’ve ever needed for all things Wheel Horse!
