CountryRock 199 #1 Posted August 5, 2018 (edited) A friend of a friend has a GT2500 Anniversary Special for sale. It was being used to pull firewood before the owner passed away. PTO clutch is not on it but the parts are all there with it. Also a 36 inch rear discharge in the weeds nearby. There is also another GT2500 parts machine there as well. Not sure on price for everything yet, but I'm pretty sure I want this tractor. UPDATE: The tractors are now in my possession. Neat thing about em is they were built on the same day and not too far apart on the line. One runs, but is very cold blooded. The other I'm sure will turn over and I'm hopeful it will run. I'll go through both of them and freshen everything up. I guess you could say I'm officially addicted to Wheel Horses now. @gwest_ca here is another serial for you to add to the list on the manual page. CountryRock 199 #2 Posted August 5, 2018 There's a chance the "parts" machine could still run. It was parked outside last year and covered up. The deck on that is also a 36" rear discharge, but badly rotted through. Fender pan on the one in the garage is mostly surface rusted, but still solid and can be painted. I don't know too much about this model, so any info is greatly appreciated.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,281 #3 Posted August 5, 2018 Is the build date on your ID plate 1072 or 1077? A bit out of order the way I posted it. Click on the picture Garry
