What have you done to your Wheel Horse today?

It appears that #4 the stud hole has been enlarged most likely causing it to wobble.
What does #2 look like?

i have several complete assemblies PM with any questions.

#2 looks pretty good. My suspicion is that since #4 was assembled behind #2, instead of in front of it as the diagram shows, it was able to wobble around inside the space because nothing was there to hold it in place. I think i'm going to need one. I really appreciate it.

Flat Thunder Channel

I mowed lawn with the 704 today.  It was a breeze as usual!  During the ride I noticed the trailing wheels on my mower deck are looking pretty bad.  Does anyone have a good/cheap source for this simple item?  I normally go to Glen's Surplus, but don't really want to take the drive for such a simple part.

Now that it quit monsooning here (12 inches of rain in 10 days) was able to put the 1277 to disc duty in the garden. Even dragged the little 8hp/4 speed out for wagon/mulch duty. That ones for sale.

But ill tell you what.

Its kinda cool when you can do most things i have sofar with just a 3/8ths impact n a 1/2" wrench.😉🤣

Just think of all that money wasted on tools.

Put a deck on the GT1848  and mowed the first time with it since doing a refresh  and engine swap.

On to the next one B80-8  refresh  to 14Hp and hydraulics...

That'll be cool to see. Are you changing to hydro transmission or adding hydraulics with a pump?

Those are replaceable yes but you might very well be able to bend it back with a large bar of some sort

:text-welcomeconfetti:

There is an electrical based part of the forum that you might want to start a new post in.  You can explain what is going on and what you’ve accomplished so far, maybe even share some pictures?  :handgestures-thumbupright:

I have no experience with 520’s, but have heard that the 9 pin connector is very vulnerable to corrosion and limits many functions on the machine.

:text-welcomeconfetti: to the :rs:Wuggy.     You can start a new thread by left clicking on the  "  +create "  at the top of the home page.    Then click on  "  topic" in the drop down.      Then click on the appropriate forum in the select forum drop down.    No need to go to your profile.

Try a little Ospho on the rimes before you think about painting the rims. The Ospho will remove the rust and leave the patina behind. You can find it at Lowe's or anyplace that sells paint.
