Eric: Looking at your plowing requirement yours looks a lot like mine, lots of backing up required. You should get that Charger you just got up and running. The big speed boost in reverse and much quicker direction changes make life a lot easier and get you in out of the cold quicker. The limited slip differential is a big help . Should have everything else here. I thinkin on dispose them, but than i take a short view to my Horse and i had an great idea, why not use them as Counterweight witch can be stacked. not the Mass of Weight each, but i must also changed the Rear brakes so i can collect easy Counterweight material out of Scrap. Simply and easy to use.. With the Zipties and the 2 Bolts they will be held in place and if i adding more, i have more Weight, that simple. 👍😎 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Here is how far I got, all the electrical rewired, kohler321, repainted and freshened, belt guard sheet metal started, back end structure to raise the sheet metal under seat, and one sheetmetal enclosure for accessing brake through the rear structure along with switching the hydro out or the 8 speed, seat was raised aprox 3 " to acomidate the over sized boots. It just took too long and other projects are in the waiting, like my chevy tracker to get to and from work and at my brothers we have to start an old ford pick up thats been tubed and lowered. adsm08 1,434 #3838 Posted January 5, 2020 I finally, for the first time since I owned it, got the correct starter belt on the 855. Then I had to charge the battery up before it would start, so my dad and I took the kids to a train exhibit for an hour while the charger did it's bit. When I got back it fired right off, and I was able to get the plow up and roll it around the garage so get the chains on. I still need to get a case of RV antifreeze and fill the tires, and try to build some sort of weight holding rig for the rear. I have an old cast iron wood stove sitting in my scrap pile that should make for good ballast if I can just figure out how to attach it. 1 1 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

So you are able to remove it simply like a mounting hitch. A bit more far in the Rear, and one ellbow for the exhaust, so if it‘s to cold outside you can simply fire it up. if it was to danger to use inside because of impermeability, it shall outside no problem. it only must preventing loosing some fire material, than you‘re good to go. 😎 Than you have a real rugged redneck seat heater, and back warmer as long as you plow, what a Luxory Gentlemen... 😂😂😂😂 If you preheat early enough, you have a clean an warm Plowride at beginning. 2 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm also not sure about the idea of building a fire inside this stove. Standing it on end might make for a nice ballast box, but some parts of it that should be solid are umm... ventilated. Had to clean a few limbs here and there and good thing I have weight and ags on the back with 100 lbs.I really could use some front weight tho . We have had 5 plus Inches of rain in the past week. I also walked up into the woods to check out my wet weather spring on the hillside. Nice flow coming down. Had to walk up a steep hill to get to it.
