Chris689 178 #25751 Posted 10 hours ago @peter lena thank you for posting that link. So I think I’m actually going to go this route with the C120 as well. I saw in the post that you mentioned Marvel and Kroil. I have a ton of Marvel in my cabinet. Would that be something good to start with then on a more frequent and light basis move over to Kroil? Belt routing note how it goes around the PTO Hoop. also note you have to cut away some of the deck reinforcement plate to clear the belt. peter lena 9,833 #25753 Posted 10 hours ago @Chris689 you could try that , marvel mystery is good also cheap , compared to kroil , but kroil is in a totally different class of frozen / rusted penetration , basic , how easily does the penetrant work , creep ? start to darken color base ? thats what you want , its the sign that its working , go very slowly on that stage , let it transition itself , then very slowly , attempt clean out / off . personally hand work on that till its much cleaner / clear , then a 6" electric palm buffer , car cleaner wax , go easy on it , done a lot of that . if it comes out , its very deep , worth the experiment , pete

I use my 48 to mow as best as I can under the fence lines. The front mount would be much easier to swing the deck under the wire after passing a post. I have a wire guide that lifts the wire over the deck. I may have to look for a front mount or make a narrow one for fence mowing.
peter lena 9,833 #25755 Posted 10 hours ago @pfrederi just curious , how easily does that front mower deck move by hand ,? have always wanted to have one of those set ups . pete

The rods that carry the back wheels are the highest thing and are pretty close to the edge of the cut... but if you cut from both sides it may make it.

Thor27 860 #25760 Posted 1 hour ago @pfrederi Paul, Thank you! I found the center mule for mine today because of your picture. The pulley was robbed off it so it didn't stand out. I've never seen it assembled, but should soon...
