WHIZ-MOW RIDER

Recommended Posts

clyde_38

Recently bought a 1960,s , 18 inch cut Mower, called a WHIZ-MOW that has a sulky attached. A long belt goes from a shaft at the rear top of the DECK , back to a 8 inch pulley on the Cart . Yuo step on a pedal to tighten the belt to make it go. You can remove the Cart and use the mower as a regular mower . These are rare. They were made in Hamilton Illinois

Interesting  . Kinda sounds like a standard push mower with a sulky since its only an 18" cut  . Whats the HP on it? Any pictures?

That's the one. Clyde's still trying to work the picture posting thing out. It's pretty neat, it would get attention at shows. Now how do you hook up the snow plow......

I recently found a sulky only.     Thanks to @formariz for helping to ID the sulky.
