PS; took seven days to burn.

I prefer to rebuild the original pump, but.... I know a guy who has an aftermarket pump that is brand new for $25 if you are interested. That's $10 less than I  I mean he paid for it. OEM or after market they are both plastic bodies now. Let me know if you need/want it.

Go for it Ryan!  That will be a sweet multipurpose tractor. You need it for cutting and blowing, plus you can use it for plowing. To me it seems like a win-win.  Great job on those plow setup blocks.  Those would be super handy, along with a 4x8 sheet of 3/4" plywood to set up GT's at a big (or small) PD!  Nice work:handgestures-thumbupright:

Pay the money to become a supporter, it is well worth it and then you can post pictures very easily from your phone, tablet, computer, etc with ease.  And if you haven't figured it out yet, that's a good thing on here unless you want to see a lot of :wwp: these in your posts!

good luck

I love the Raiders. I have a 10 that begs to be let outside to work.  Make sure that you clean up under those mower belt guards and make sure the belt tensioner can move freely.

 Congrats on your first horse.

Congrats, that looks like a super clean Raider! Looks like original paint? If it is I'd clean it up and leave it be if it were mine...

Nice score Ryan ...:handgestures-thumbupright: I paid about that for my first horse 30 years ago and that one is in much better shape! I will have a fuel pump ready to go for it plus an extra one for the shelf. We'll go through everything next weekend and get her ready for duty!

Ryan--that thing looks super clean.  I too look forward to seeing pictures of that dude working.  Talk about a multipurpose machine, that thing is gonna be fun to use.  I also look forward to seeing you at shows and plow days in upcoming years.  It was great meeting you at Jim's PD. Good luck getting it going and into service.:handgestures-thumbupright:

Holy cow, you started with a clean one!

Welcome to Red Square! I am new here too and everyone has been very helpful.

I found it was easiest to become a supporter as well.

Ryan, did you figure out what year Raider that is yet?  I don't see it anywhere in this thread.  I'm guessing 1968 or 1969 because of the 6 speed sticker.  That would mean you have the 10 pinion, limited slip differential.  What is the model number??  Very nice looking horse Mate.  :)

WHX??

Looks to be a late 68 Steve... 1-6231, magneto ignition. Yup he's got the 5060 10 pinion, same one I have apart on the bench now.  Does look to be real clean doesn't it!?!?!? Can't wait to tie into it on Sunday!  Putting a flash drive together for him with service manuals.

You can see the bottom of the ID plate below the dash housing in the 2nd photo and the one on the snowthrower in both pictures.

Interested in knowing what the serial numbers are also.

Just so you know...the 1968 should have the aluminum differential end plates.  The 1969 should have the steel differential end plates.  :)
