Out hats are made in the U.S.A. (Except the camo) and embroidered in the U.S.A. as well, not made in China with printed logos or a sewn on patch, but made here and carefully embroidered. For those who are new to out hat process, you purchase them from the store, pay via PayPal or check. I prefer PayPal as we both then have a record of payment. Once I receive payment, my family and I box up your hat and bring it to the post office. While we make every effort to get these to you as soon as possible, we are not Amazon with a team of paid employees, so it may take a while before we make it to the post office, but you will receive your hat. nylyon-(Admin) 7,122 #12 Posted December 4, 2015 So here't the problem. Your state is set to "NY" and the system is looking for "New York" and they don't match. To fix this you simply need to go in, delete your address do not edit. But there's a catch! There's no way for you to get to that screen in our menu's. While this is getting sorted out, here's what you need to do.
