NorthernTool and Equipment

Has anyone had any problems with ordering from Northern Tool and equipment?
I placed an order on July 17th and one item shipped on the 20th and it arrived on
the 23rd. The other 2 items haven't shipped because NT claims they are drop shipped.
Since then, I've called several times and it appears that they're giving me the run around.
Today, I cancelled the remaining order over the phone  and I haven't received an email
with the cancellation notice even though they said I would receive it shortly.
Your thoughts?

It happened to me this past winter with two shovels I ordered from them. I received the larger one for the house direct from them but a small car shovel came direct from the manufacturer. They contacted the manufacturer twice and I finally received it about two weeks later.

I think for some items that are either very popular - or slow movers, they are at the mercy of the manufacturer. I would rate them as very reliable.
