Kennedy 90 #7 Posted January 25, 2015 Here is a crappy video of my own. My wife and I were walking down the road near our cabin and heard a horrible screeching noise. We looked over to see this squirrel hanging by his tail that was caught in a thorn bush. After the video I did free him. A bear while hiking in the Smoky Mountains. Some Fungi. And lastly watch where you step when hiking. First one is with phone no zoom, second one camera with zoom. You have to look closely in the first picture.

shallowwatersailor 3,213 #17 Posted January 26, 2015 (edited) Here are a few from my neighborhood and around the house. The first two are of the neighborhood's pet doe when it was a fawn last year. It wandered up to me while I was working on a cart. It still is very tolerant of humans. Long story of it being separated from its mother and then adopted by a neighbor after being shunned by the rest of the herd. It had it's own fawn this year. The neighbor has a dog collar on it to prevent being culled. Another neighbor has a farmette with two horse and five goats. Its not uncommon to find the horses broken free. Oke', my dog, was wondering about those "big deer!" The other shots are just some of the local critters. It's interesting living where I am. Rarely a day goes by without taking some type of picture.
