Also check the wiring for that injector. My harness wiring is hard as a rock from age and heat. If I am not mistaken, all the injector power wires are "sonic welded" right in that area. Could have a wire that broke in the harness moving it around. Make sure a rat hasn't chewed it, lol.

Hopefully the plug will do the trick, if not an injector noid light will tell you if the wiring is good.

I picked this week (and took off from work) to get this thing done.  As you can all relate to, I was quite disappointed when it pulled the P0303 after working all day to get it going.  This morning, the parts store opened at 7:30, I was there at 7:45 and picked up 6 new plugs.  Got home, pulled off the coil pack, and pulled out #3 and my heart sank....  It was the poster child for perfect plug :(  With nothing to lose, I pulled out the rest.  When I got to #4, low and behold....  a completely closed gap.  

 

Why in the world would cylinder 4 pull a P0303?  In any event, just got back from a little drive and it ran nice.  Parked it in the driveway and saw an oil stain on the driveway.  Not sure if it was there before or not, so I moved the Jeep a little.  I am worried about the pan gasket, that thing is a BEAR to get on.  If it's leaking I'm paying someone to fix it!

 

So mission accomplished.  I have to wait for the monitors to set then off to inspection!

I see this all the time, I will get a code lets say 0303 like you have, but I never believe it.  If you go into the datastream and look at real time misfires usually its a different cylinder that is doing the misfiring.  I always thought it must be a software thing.  I am glad you got her fixed though!  :eusa-clap:

It's running great considering the gas is 12 months old!  Drove a while then came home and on the ground was dripping green fluid!  Open the hood, and on the water pump is a pipe for the heater.  I must have jostled it around and put a hole in it.  To replace it, have to remove the water pump, so off the front of the engine goes again (I'm getting quite good at this).  I bought a new pipe and water pump (because I know it's going next).  Went to remove the first bolt and SNAP, the head came right off....  the other 3 came out fine.  There was enough to grab onto, and for the first time in my life, it came right out with a pair of vice grips.  

 

So, I replaced the water pump, hose and front brakes, because it was shimming when stopping.  I think that I'm done for now, time to sit back and relax for a little bit.

You sure? Wont be much left to replace soon. I have had that water pipe rust through on two of mine. I put a new pump on my daughters and did it at the same time. Glad you got it done.
