Because i'm a gear head and a fan of old stuff i 've been following the restoration of some marine racing history. Although it may be more of a local story.

I was born and raised in Orillia ontario, but part of my family is from the Muskoka's and we still own 100 acres where our hunt camp is. These links ...for those who have an interest in antique boats and of course racing should prove very interesting. I managed to procure tickets to the movie premier in Gravenhurst next week ,and can't wait to see ,and hear the sound of that Rolls Royce Griffin when MISS CANADA 4 is relaunched later this year.

that would be a blast,i got too see one of the supertest boats down at the science center when i was a kid,woner if its still there(in toronto ontario)

Miss Canada 4 became Miss Supertest 1 when the Wilsons sold it ,so its possible you saw this boat renamed !!

im sure it was miss supertest 1,awsome boat,i think some of her drivers died piloting her
