Dolenz, the only surviving Monkees band member, marked the anniversary of the No. 1 milestone with a social media post in mid-December 2025, telling fans, “Hard to believe it’s been nearly 60 years, but this month in 1966, ‘I’m a Believer’ hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
