Wheel Horse spotted on I84 in NY Friday!

Was anyone rustling up a Horse and taking a trip across I84 Friday Morning around 6:45am? I saw a Diesel Ford pulling a trailer with a 300 series and a wagon. The truck had N.C. plates.
