You ‘been looking for one?  I’ve got the original from the Charger 12 that I’ll probably swap on.  The controls and dash are pretty hacked, I hope I can use the whole Charger dash assembly.

I have a fan off a gt14. If it’s the same, you can have it.

Oooh, maybe I should have bartered more with my wife and took that transmission home with me huh?  Funny question, do they all spin the same direction?   It seems like someone went through that a while back, the fan they put on had reversed blades?  If there isn’t much concern, I believe you have my address... let me know how much I owe you for postage.... I don’t have any trips planned to your neighborhood any time soon!  😁

I showed how to make one using metal fan from McMaster Carr.

That is probably buried in the GT16 Restomod thread.

i have spares but they are all boxed waiting for potential relocation with job.

Hopefully that is all resolved with finality one way or the other in next 2-3 months

I’ll have to see if I can dig that one up Aldon.  I’m sure it’s worth the read!  I hope all is well, other than the headache of relocating.

Update on the tractor, I got it running last week!  I had to cover the carb while it was cranking to pull enough fuel through.  The engine fuel pump is bypassed and there is an unhooked electric fuel pump under the hood too.  The carb bowl is leaking, so it’s a candidate for some service and maybe float adjustment.  Once it fired up, it smoked and coughed then cleared up and ran pretty good.  It sat a few days in the cold back barn and last night it fired under it’s own choke and throttle control.  I feel like it sure needs TLC but it’ll be a good hop on and go worker / rider for anyone in the family.

@pullstart The fan I put on skittles was the wrong direction but I got a different fan that worked correctly. The aluminum fan I have looked the same as the one on that transmission. I’ll see what it takes to get it boxed up and get it to you.

Really haven't had the time to go over it with a fine tooth comb yet.

Both came from the same estate, elderly woman clearing out her deceased husbands collection.

That said, both have a bunch of back yard "engineering" that will need to be deciphered too.  :dunno:

Suffice to say, the '58 is a real piece of work.

I hear ya, the one has enough metal  hanging off the front to start your own scrap yard but someday fellas will be saying that about Ed's mad max or some of Fish's creations! :) Let us know if you can date that Clinton.

OK guys, @WHX22 & @AMC RULES

I need some schooling.

What are these tractors?

I keep hearing Pond (reading), Before Wheel Horse?

One on the left looks to have fenders and be shorter (height wise) but pretty much the same?

Thanks for your help guys

The Pond model may be a 1956 RJ-25 if the Brigs is correct.

Pond... is the name of the family that created and built the tractors that became Wheelhorse.

Folks, please correct me if I'm wrong here. Wheelhorse as a brand name was created in 1956 or 1957?

Tractors made before that point are known as Pond tractors.
