Must be someone wandered in off the street. Never seen them before! Think that settles it. Gonna paint the hood black i think. Will need to wait for warmer weather though.

:) Thought id better say that Its not brush painted. Its sprayed. I brush painted my raider 10 which turned out great but decided spraying was the .way forward for the c105. however the entire contents of my garage are now red. the over spray has covered just about everything so i decided to brush paint my Lawn ranger to cut down on the mess but that has turned into a bit of a night mare because the vapormatic paint im using is horrible to brush on and runs everywhere, no matter how good i brush it on, so it looks like it out with wet and dry and back to the spray gun.

Have you tried using a brush to applly the paint then going over it with a lambs wool mini roller ,

Ive done this with quite a few things in the past & it does come out quite well

Cheers for that neil. Never tried the roller method before but have seen some fairly decent paint jobs using this method. Ive since rubbed the lawn ranger chassis down and sprayed it but im still not happy. think it was too cold when i brushed the first the first coat on and then i didnt wait long enough before rubbing it down as you can see all the sanding marks. Im not amused. :banghead: Just debating weather or not to flat it again and give it another coat.

C - Series, Hood and Sheet Metal (square black insert) (also known as black hood models) for sale!

This sheet metal set, including C Series Hood, Dash piece, Seat Bracket, and Left & Right-Side Covers, and Left & Right Floorboards was sandblasted, epoxy primed, and painted the OEM Wheel Horse Red Paint.

The painted set is not perfect, a little metal pitting on one of the floorboards, a few little imperfections in the paint here and there as I'm a rookie painter, but this is a nice painted set of sheet metal to freshen up your C Series Wheel Horse!

Does anyone know where I could find a complete engine rebuild kit from for the k-19 ? I absolutely love my c-195 and have had it for years. But the motor let go last fall and I want to rebuild it or upgrade the motor, any suggestions?

Hello all. I am looking for suggestions on adapting the pto from my C series tractor to a harbor freight predator 420 13hp engine. I know the predator motors are a controversial topic however it is the route I have chosen for this particular machine. The intent was to mostly use it for plowing so no PTO required but it would be handy to have. Looking to hear from someone that has successfully done the swap that may offer any advice before I attempt to transfer it over. Just looking for any general pointers that will help me along the way to make it go as smoothly as possible.
