A double anniversary today!

Exactly two years ago this morning, this nice little 401 Suburban came to live with Mrs. R. and me.....

....but here's the catch: It wasn't until later that afternoon she became Mrs. R.!

So -- Today is also our second wedding anniversary and if I'm a bit scarce later, most of you will understand why. (NO -- we're not going to pick up another tractor! )

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson..... thanks for two wonderful years of great food, fun, and excitement, lots of love and patience, and some really good pictures and videos of these little tractors! :D

In the last two years, we've done a lot of things together - but we never did get the "wedding tractor" restored. It's tucked away in the shop patiently waiting for it's turn for some attention.

It's really strange how you convince yourself that you're happy in a marriage and stand behind someone for years, only to have them walk away as though you didn't mean a thing. I "flew solo" for a while until I met Karen, and she has certainly made me realize how wonderful life can really be with the right person. I'm definitely looking forward to many more June 6th celebrations with her, and all the other days in between! :whistle:
